富时中国a50指数是由全球第二大指数编制公司富时罗素指数公司（伦敦证券交易所集团(LSEG)下属的全资公司，原名富时指数有限公司）为满足中国国内投资者以及合格境外机构投资者(QFII)需求所推出的实时可交易指数，新华富时A50指数期货(SGX FTSE CHINA A50 INDEX FUTURES CONTRACT)在新加坡交易所（SGX）上市，国际化的产品结构使SGX吸引了一大批境外交易者。富时中国A50指数包含了中国A股市场市值最大的50家公司，是最能代表中国A股市场的指数，客观上满足了QFII对冲A股市场风险的需求，许多国际投资者把这一指数看作是衡量中国市场的精确指标。
交易单位
交易单位是1美元乘 FTSE中国A50 指数(大约9000美元)。
最小波动
报价与出价需依据FTSE中国A50指数。合约最小波动在一个指数点，即每手合约1美元。
头寸累积
依据此规则，个人直接或间接拥有或控制的所有帐户的头寸，依照明确或隐形协议个人代理的所有帐户的头寸，以及个人拥有所有权或受益的所有帐户的头寸，都将累积，并被认为是此人所持头寸，被视为个人单独拥有或控制所有的所有累积头寸。
交易终止
期货交易将在合约到期月倒数第二个中国交易日结束。期货交易结束当天应当是合约到期月的最后交易日。如果最后交易日并非中国交易日，那最后交易日则是开市交易的前一日。
如果在合约月正常交易日倒数第二个交易日前一日（简称NPTD）的交易过程中或交易结束后，合约月此被预计在正常交易日中的两天即最后和倒数第二个中国交易日，如果这两日非中国交易日，那最后交易日将是紧随NPTD的下一中国交易日。
如果在NPTD前一日的交易过程中或交易结束后，那此前两天即倒数第二和最后中国交易日，若这两天不是合约月的中国交易日，那最后交易日将是紧随NPTD的下一中国交易日。
合约更改
交易所有权规定修订或更新，合约细则需在合同交易第一天确定。所有交割需服从政府条例，如果任何国家的或国际的机构或团体发布一项命令，裁决，指示或法令，除非交易所另行决定（在法律允许的范围内），都将拥有优先权，并成为现有规则的一部分，所有的现有合约和新合约都将服从此命令，裁决，指示或法令。
